Crux Sports travel around the UK with a Panna-Football Cage coaching football in Schools, on the streets and at youth clubs. The team then connect with the young people in and around the cage, sharing positive values, purpose and their Christian faith.

Schools Work

In schools the team lead PE lessons with the cage: Using the unique Panna-football style to create excitement and interest from the beginning, the cage provides a stage where young people can perform, but also keep them in one area where the team can get engage with them and have conversations and initiate relationships. Crux Sports also go into the classroom and take RE lessons where there is opportunities to teach, look at moral issues and challenge opinions and misconceptions about God. Looking at topics like ‘Respect’ and ‘Prejudice’, using fun activities to help stimulate discussion and learning. Assemblies are a place where the team can build rapport quickly with young people with their fresh approach to large scale communication.

The Streets

On the Streets the cage is always a hit, set up anywhere flat that young people are known to be, if they like football they will want to know more, the team explains Panna KO and then the games begin. Young people will stay and they will ask questions. It’s an incredible opportunity to engage young people on their terms and turf.

Youth Clubs

The cage brings a different dynamic, but Crux Sports is adaptable and full of fun and flare. The team enjoys finding new and exciting ways to engage young people and share life with them.
